Funkwerk plettac realignment for improved customer proximity and increased productivity

Funkwerk plettac reacted clearly to the results of last year’s customer survey. Reliably high standards of excellence strengthen and assure Funkwerk plettac’s quality leadership. To make the grade not only with products, but also with services it became necessary to streamline operational sequences and to increase process responsibility in all sales areas for optimized proximity to the customers. In addition, Funkwerk plettac adjusted its project management to the Funkwerk AG guidelines to bring delivery reliability for complete systems to a top position within the competitive environment.

The end of the 4^th quarter in 2009 allowed sustainable implementation of synergies from the TVI Lederer (Argovision) acquisition. Sales, project engineering and customer service are now the first point of contact for all products and services of both former development lines.

Today all products are fully harmonized unfolding their full performance within the Funkwerk plettac system.

Streamlining and realignment enable Funkwerk plettac to develop its top position within the professional market for security systems. Flexibility of a mid-sized company in combination with the all-over product and service portfolio for digital security systems once again underline Funkwerk plettac’s long-standing maxim: Investment protection for customers.
